1. This is villa is not the most accessible if you have anyone in a wheelchair. We were initially told by the host they would be able to provide a ramp (there are various steps to get into the villa/into the pool area), but the ramp built by the staff was very unstable and we ended up having to borrow a board from a nearby business to make our own.
2. The food was hit or miss. We planned the menu in advance and some of the dishes were great (especially the seafood), but other days the food was so-so (the chilaquiles were watery and bland) and there was sometimes not enough food for everyone.
Other notes:
- Melchor arranged all rides we needed with 30min-1hr notice
- massages were awesome
- ~10% tip on total villa price is customary, can be hard to get cash in puerto

The rooms are fantastic and the staff did an amazing job keeping them clean. The layout of the place is very convenient for groups with kids like ours. Andres is a good communicator and was very easy to work with. One word of advice - if you plan to order food catering, I would suggest giving detailed instructions in advance, including exact meal preferences and time frames, to avoid any last minute issues.

Fuimos un grupo de 20 amigas y la pasamos increíble. La casa tiene muchísimo espacio y cada rincón impecable. Son cuidadosos con todos los detalles. La alberca inmensa y el área de estar super aprovechable. El servicio inigualable. Nos volveríamos a hospedar sin pensarlo!
